I lead regional internal controls and compliance governance across APAC — spanning multi-entity finance environments, ICFR oversight, and the digital tools that make controls stick in daily operations.

My path started at Deloitte, where I spent four years (2012–2016) in risk and controls advisory — building the foundation in governance and internal control frameworks I've applied ever since. Since joining Stellantis in 2016 as APAC Compliance Manager, I've spent a decade evolving that foundation from control oversight into hands-on digital delivery: automation, access governance, and finance platforms built end-to-end.

Unlike typical compliance profiles, I don't stop at policy and monitoring. I build the solutions: automation on Microsoft Power Platform, access governance workflows, and collaboration-tool integrations that embed controls into how teams actually work — governance-by-design, not governance-by-spreadsheet.

That combination has delivered measurable impact across four platforms I've designed and shipped: ≥ EUR 900K in documented business value from automating manual journal entries, ~EUR 1M in annual run-cost avoidance from replacing a legacy enterprise finance system, and ~1,140 hours/year returned to the business through process and access-governance automation.

My view: the biggest compliance gains don't come from more policies — they come from better-designed systems. That's the throughline across ICFR governance, access controls, and the platforms I've built to replace manual, email-driven processes with audit-ready, real-time workflows. I'm motivated by work that makes compliance clearer, faster, and more trusted — for auditors, for Finance, and for the people running the process.
